Event Tickets & Attendance
All Matchday Social and T:26 events are free to attend unless explicitly stated otherwise. As such, no refunds are applicable for event attendance.

In the event that a paid ticketing model is introduced in the future, refund terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and updated in this policy accordingly.
Venue & Bar Partner Listings
All fees paid by venues and bar partners for listing on the Matchday Social network are non-refundable. By completing sign-up and submitting payment, the venue acknowledges and agrees that:

All fees are charged for a fixed term as agreed at the time of sign-up

No refunds will be issued for any portion of an unused term, regardless of reason

Dissatisfaction with the volume of traffic, leads, or results generated through the listing does not constitute grounds for a refund

Cancellation of a listing does not entitle the venue to a pro-rated or partial refund

General & Contact
Matchday Social reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. In the unlikely event that we discontinue a paid service before the end of a partner's contracted term, we will work in good faith with affected partners to reach a fair resolution, which may include a pro-rated credit toward future services.
