Watch Party Attendance
Watch parties hosted by our bar partners are run and priced independently by each venue — Matchday Social doesn't charge fans for attendance and isn't responsible for any cover charges, minimums, or promotions a specific bar may run. Questions about attending a specific watch party should go directly to that venue.
Marketing Packages (Trial, Standard, Season)
A 50% refund is available if requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided your graphic has not yet been delivered. No refunds are issued after that window, or once a graphic has been delivered — whichever comes first.

By completing sign-up and submitting payment, the venue acknowledges and agrees that:

Games are selected upfront from the current fixture menu at the time of purchase

Once a graphic has been delivered for a selected game, that portion of the package is non-refundable

Dissatisfaction with turnout, traffic, or results does not constitute grounds for a refund — no specific outcome is promised as part of any package (see our FAQ for details)

For multi-game packages (Standard, Season), any games not yet in production remain eligible for a refund or credit if you cancel before those games begin production

The standalone bar-finder listing ($10/month) is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period already paid for. The listing remains active through the end of that period.

Matchday Social reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. In the unlikely event that we discontinue a paid service before the end of a partner's contracted term, we will work in good faith with affected partners to reach a fair resolution, which may include a pro-rated credit toward future services. For any billing or refund-related questions, contact us at info@matchdaysocial.com.
